With 1370 square feet, you’ll have plenty of room for a relaxing weekend or an exciting family vacation. A private covered patio with seating for 6 overlooks a peaceful, shaded, park-like area with 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and many BBQ grills. Just beyond the pool lies the Guadalupe River.

Comfortably Equipped

Built in 2006, this easily accessible 1st floor unit features 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, plus a queen sleeper sofa. Each of the bedrooms has a TV, and two have DVD players. You’ll also enjoy the extra bathroom, as this is the only 3-bedroom condo in New Braunfels with 3 full bathrooms — a great added feature that will make your stay more enjoyable.

Everything you need is provided, with a complete kitchen with refrigerator/ice maker, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, glasses and more. Dining table for six, plus bar seating for four. A washer and dryer is provided as well for complete convenience. And of course, freshly laundered linens are provided for each guest, along with plenty of soft towels!

Fantastic Property

Mornings on the patio are not to be missed. As the sun comes up over the trees, the squirrels are hard at work darting through the trees and across the lawn. Enjoy a cup of coffee and the quiet sunrise watching nature at play.

During the Summer or warm Spring and Fall months, you may want to start your float upriver and drift right on down to your condo. Enjoying the river has never been this easy.
