This New Braunfels condo is unique in that it is larger than most 2 bedroom units in the area.  An extra large master bedroom includes a king bed and over-sized sleeper chair. Queen bed in second bedroom, and full sleeper couch in the living room.

Fantastic Property

Mornings on the patio are not to be missed. As the sun comes up over the trees, the squirrels are hard at work darting through the trees and across the lawn. Enjoy a cup of coffee and the quiet sunrise watching nature at play.

During the Summer or warm Spring and Fall months, you may want to start your float upriver and drift right on down to your condo. Enjoying the river has never been this easy.
